The Position

Gnalla Enviro is seeking applications from candidates for the position of full-time Industrial Services Operator based in Henderson where you'll be responsible for:

• High pressure water jetting
• Vacuum loading
• Manual cleaning
• Equipment operations (e.g. Vacuum Loader, Combo, forklift, High Pressure Water Jetting units)
• Accurate completion of paperwork
• Providing outstanding customer service

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in a hands on labouring role
• Previous experience working on waste trucks and plant (Desirable)
• Previous experience performing high pressure cleaning and vac work
• Valid HC or HR Driver’s License (Desirable)
• Excellent driving history
• Desirable tickets include HPWJ, Working From Heights, EWP, Forklift, Skid Steer and White Card. (Don't worry if you don't, for the right candidate we will assist you with obtaining these!)
• Able to pass a full medical and DAS
• Able to pass a Commercial Drivers Medical
• Able to work within a collaborative team environment
• Primary focus and personal responsibility on Health and Safety

The Position
Gnalla Enviro is seeking applications for a HR Drivers to work with our industrial and commercial waste management division based in Jandakot, WA. This will be a full-time role with the option for further training.

Our Ideal Candidate Is

• Must be available for alternate weekend work
• Must be available to start at Jandakot from midnight or latest start time of 5.30am
• Will be operating rear lift compaction trucks – general waste/ comingled recycling/ cardboard
• Sound knowledge of Perth and peel regions/roads
• Position will require manual handling of cardboard bales and bins with sizes varying from  240lt, 660lt, and 1100 lts.
• Minimum HR Licence
• Waste experience desirable but not essential

Essential Requirements:

• Must hold an Unrestricted HR Driver License
• Working rights within Western Australia
• OHS Construction Induction White Card
• Strong work ethic and time management skills.
• Hard working committed and safety focused.
• Able to complete a medical with drug and alcohol screening
